Booking Process and Cancellation Policy

Confirmation: Once we receive your booking and deposit we will confirm your desired dates and accommodations. We will then send you a confirmation email outlining the details of your booking, including the itinerary, payment schedule, and a copy of the cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Fees:
    • If the tour is canceled by the client more than 30 days before the start date, the deposit will be retained.
  • No Refunds: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made 30 days or less before the start date. The full payment will be retained.
  • Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, political unrest), we may need to cancel or modify the safari. If this occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements or a refund.

1. Booking and Payment:

  • All bookings must be made with a deposit. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the tour start date.
  • Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer.
  • All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the booking confirmation.

2. Cancellation Policy:

  • If the tour is canceled by the client more than 30 days before the start date, the deposit will be retained.
  • If the tour is canceled by the client 30 days or less before the start date, the full payment will be retained.
  • In case of unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the tour operator, the tour operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. In such cases, the tour operator will refund the full payment or offer alternative arrangements.

3. Changes and Modifications:

  • The tour operator reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary or accommodations due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • If changes are necessary, the tour operator will make reasonable efforts to notify clients in advance.

4. Liability:

  • The tour operator is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to clients or their belongings.
  • Clients are responsible for their own personal safety and health.

5. Insurance:

  • Clients are strongly recommended to purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover personal expenses, medical emergencies, and trip cancellation.

6. Complaints:

  • Any complaints or concerns should be addressed to the tour operator immediately.

7. Governing Law:
